We are seeking an experienced Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist to launch and lead a brand-new practice in Maineville, Ohio. Requirements
- Experienced Audiologist or Hearing Instrument Specialist
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment
- Desire for autonomy to shape a practice
- Experience with Starkey hearing technology is a plus
Nice To Haves
- Experience launching a new practice
- Experience in building workflows and patient experience
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing
- Counsel and educate patients regarding hearing loss and treatment options
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids when appropriate
- Deliver exceptional follow-up care and ongoing patient support
- Build relationships within the community to help establish and grow the practice
- Create an outstanding patient experience that encourages referrals and long-term loyalty
