The role includes hearing evaluations and diagnostic testing, hearing aid counseling and services, follow-up care, and support for hearing-related concerns. Participation in vestibular testing is available for interested candidates; the practice already has the equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and diagnostic audiological testing.
- Counsel patients and recommend, fit, dispense, and program hearing aids.
- Provide hearing aid follow-up care, adjustments, and ongoing support.
- Evaluate and assist patients with hearing-related concerns, including tinnitus and dizziness.
- Collaborate with the broader healthcare team.
- Participate in vestibular testing services if interested.
