As an Audio Visual (AV) Technician, you will provide user support and customer service on company supported Audio Visual equipment, applications and platforms. Troubleshoot problems, report on usage, usability and advise on the appropriate action, managing each request until completion. You will demonstrate a solid understanding of audio and video theory, including the use of test equipment to ensure fully functional systems. Maintain current knowledge of vendor technologies and product offerings. Perform cable pulling and termination for audio, video, control, and network systems with proficiency. Apply basic construction and electrical concepts effectively in AV installations. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Exhibit initiative and a results-driven mindset, balancing quality with timely execution. Communicate effectively with coworkers, clients, vendors, and management, presenting a professional and positive image.
