About The Position

This role is responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining AV systems at customer locations. As the face of FZ to our customers, you serve as the front-line resource for project questions and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ Years of AV Experience in a Commercial Application.
• Ability to read Blueprints and Schematics.
• Understanding of Networked AV and Cloud-based IT/AV Systems.
• Ability to travel regionally to project sites as needed.
• Candidates are required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Audio, Crestron, Visio, Video Conferencing Systems, Microsoft Lynx, Skype for Business, and/or QSC Q-sys is desired.
• Industry Certifications such as AVIXA and Crestron is highly desired.
