About The Position

This Audio Visual Technician position requires knowledge of Audio and Lighting, Casino systems, Hotel TV/Phone/Network Systems, and Venue Systems. The role involves a working knowledge of computers, basic carpentry, TV’s, electrical, mechanical equipment, audio, lighting, and video applications. Key responsibilities include performing advanced troubleshooting and training tier 1 Technicians, maintaining effective working relationships with employees and guests, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position is supervised by Entertainment management and supports day-to-day Casino operations, as well as occasional nightlife and live entertainment.
