About The Position
This position supports the day-to-day Casino operations, as well as occasional nightlife and live entertainment. The role involves performing advanced troubleshooting and training tier 1 technicians. The technician will maintain effective working relationships with employees and guests and ensure compliance with all company and departmental rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. This position is under the supervision of Entertainment management.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Audio and Lighting
- Knowledge of Casino systems, Hotel TV/Phone/Network Systems, and Venue Systems
- Working knowledge of computers
- Working knowledge of basic carpentry
- Working knowledge of TV’s
- Working knowledge of electrical equipment
- Working knowledge of mechanical equipment
- Working knowledge of audio applications
- Working knowledge of lighting applications
- Working knowledge of video applications
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Perform advance troubleshooting
