About The Position

CTI has been a leading audiovisual provider since 1988, with a mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Jacksonville, FL branch whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission. This role requires passion for audio-visual technology and a customer-focused, problem-solving approach. This is not an entry-level position, requiring at least 4 years of experience with audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with audio-visual installations, commissioning, and service is required.
Customer Service Experience: A must!
Attitude and Aptitude are key!
Knowledge of the audio-visual integration industry is a must!
Must be able to work independently with minimal guidance, but ask questions when needed.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

An associate's degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
Final product walk-through with clients and train them on their systems
Lead AV teams on commercial integration installations
Company-paid overnight travel is estimated to be up to 70%
Other tasks as assigned
