Requirements

At least 4 years of experience with leading audio-visual integration installations
2+ years of experience in final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
Knowledge of the commercial audio-visual integration industry
Customer Service Experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
Ability to ask the right questions when help is needed

Nice To Haves

Associates degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Lead and assist with installations on multiple sites
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
Train End Users on product(s)
Overnight travel required (company paid)
Other tasks as assigned

Base salary $70k-$130k+/yr (DOE)
