We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Charlotte branch, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Someone who is passionate about audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with commercial audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and services.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience with commercial audio-visual integration installations, commissioning, and service is required.
  • AV/IT Networking: Knowledge of the commercial audio-visual integration industry is a must!
  • Customer Service Experience: A must!
  • Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.

Nice To Haves

  • An associate degree is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
  • Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
  • Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
  • Train end users on how to operate their AV solutions and do final product walk-throughs.
  • Lead/Assist with installations across multiple job sites.
  • Travel required, estimated 40% overnight travel - company paid.
  • Other tasks as assigned
