We are looking for an Audio Video Field Specialist for our Springfield branch, located in Chicopee, MA, whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience”. Someone who is passionate about audio-visual technology. We take pride in our employees, who are known in the industry as customer-focused problem-solvers who can get the job done. This is not an entry-level position; we are seeking someone with at least 4 years of experience with leading audio-visual integration installations.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with leading audio-visual installations is required.
- 2+ years of experience in final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions is required.
- Customer Service Experience: A must!
- Attitude and Aptitude: Are key!
- Knowledge of the commercial audio-visual integration industry is a must!
Nice To Haves
- An associate degree is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with installations on multiple sites
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems are operating at optimum levels
- Work with Programmers as needed to load updated files
- Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions
- Train End Users on product(s)
- Overnight travel required (company paid)
- Other tasks as assigned
