About The Position
America's Auto Auction Minnesota is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Auction Clerk to work on Friday auction sale days. The clerk enters vehicle and sale information into the computer system in real time as vehicles are auctioned. The role takes place in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where accuracy and focus are critical. The position is ongoing and not seasonal or temporary.
Requirements
- Strong data-entry skills, with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Reliability and punctuality, with consistent Friday availability.
Nice To Haves
- Prior clerical or administrative experience; auction experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Enter vehicle and sale data into the computer system during live auction events.
- Work closely with auctioneers to ensure information is recorded accurately and on time.
- Maintain attention to detail while working at a fast pace.
- Verify and correct data as needed during the auction process.
- Support auction operations as needed on sale day.
