About The Position

The ATV Rental Manager will be responsible for coordinating the Store Team and the Beach Team to manage new reservations and check-in customers. This role requires maintaining knowledge of rental offerings, setting guest expectations, ensuring policies are followed, and providing coaching. The position also involves participating in store/beach processes, maintaining a clean work area, preparing paperwork, assisting with contract closings, and greeting/orienting guests during check-in.

Requirements

  • Prior experience motivating teams of people
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to maintain and foster cooperative and courteous working relationships with the public, peers, and supervisors.
  • High School Diploma and basic math competency
  • Ability to Look up directions and navigate
  • Ability to communicate clearly over the phone, online, and in-person
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and crouch, bend, and reach.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Maintain a Valid Drivers License

  • previous OHV or Beach rental business experience desired but not required
