The ATV Rental Team Rep will report to the Teams Manager. This role involves maintaining knowledge of SunBuggy's rentals to answer guest questions and set expectations. The representative will coordinate with the Store Manager to take new reservations and check in customers with existing reservations. Responsibilities include maintaining a neat work area, participating in keeping the store area clean, preparing paperwork, maintaining office supplies, assisting with closing out contracts at the end of the day, and greeting and orienting guests during check-in.
