  • High level listening and communication skills supported by strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines with minimal supervision in noisy, fast paced environment with frequent distractions
  • Maintain regular personal attendance for all scheduled shifts including availability on weekends
  • Works in a friendly, honest, and diligent manner with fellow team members, supervisors, and managers
  • Seeks knowledge from multiple sources and learns from past experiences for future development and growth
  • Must be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times.
  • Must be Age 16 or older

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate a friendly, interactive, fun, and safe game room and attraction experience…SMILE!
  • Provide safety briefings to guests prior to the guest’s attraction experience
  • Ensure the facility, table areas, and amusement equipment are always sanitary and event-ready
  • Report technical issues and equipment malfunctions to management in a timely manner; log issues nightly
  • Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs
  • Ensure that all guests’ questions are answered and game play malfunctions are resolved so that guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service always
  • Enforce safety procedures and protocols consistently, reporting any guest deviations to management immediately
  • Ability to learn and demonstrate basic knowledge of the Semnox card system
  • Demonstrate effective communication, conflict and incident resolution, quickly and courteously
  • Attention to detail with an eye to following processes and procedures especially related to game points
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • Assist others and perform additional duties as directed
  • Accommodate special requests for guests whenever possible
