About The Position
The Attractions Attendant is a customer-facing role that involves being outdoors in all weather conditions and getting dirty. It is the Attractions Attendant's responsibility to continuously exceed the high standards of quality, safety, and world-class customer service. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a team creating cherished family memories and traditions for 80,000 - 100,000 guests from June through October. We pride ourselves on creating an engaging and fun business atmosphere where we are always looking for opportunities to improve and innovate our operations.
Requirements
- An eagerness to learn
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety
- Able to follow instructions and work independently as well as work as part of a team
- Ability to interact with the public and Wickham Farms team in a professional, welcoming manner with good communication skills
- A problem solver who can work in a very fast paced environment
- Ability to commit to weekend hours
- Ability to smile, laugh and have fun for 6-8 hours
- Ability to be on your feet, standing tall all day long
- Attentive to detail and embrace the philosophy that “Everything Speaks”
- Friendly, outgoing personality interacting with large groups of people
Responsibilities
- Operating our kiddie train
- Monitoring our jump pillows
- Keeping the Corn Barn swept and organized
- Stocking and replenishing our bubble station
- Maintaining the corn maze and mini golf areas
- Organizing and maintaining the entire Barnyard
- Creating immaculate grounds
