About The Position
Insurance Claim HQ, part of Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys, is seeking an Arizona-licensed attorney for its growing plaintiff-side Property Litigation practice. The attorney will represent insureds in disputes involving storm damage, fire losses, water losses, and other significant property insurance claims. This role offers hands-on case responsibility, direct client interaction, and collaboration with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of assigned cases. The position is remote for an Arizona-based attorney and involves litigating matters in Illinois state and federal courts. Requirements
- Active Arizona law license in good standing.
- At least one year of civil litigation experience.
- Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-service abilities.
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced plaintiff litigation environment.

- Experience in property insurance litigation.
Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff-side property insurance litigation matters from inception through resolution.
- Communicate directly with clients about case strategy, developments, and settlement opportunities.
- Draft complaints, motions, discovery requests and responses, and legal briefs.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences.
- Work with experienced attorneys while maintaining ownership of assigned cases.
- Litigate matters in Illinois state and federal courts.
