About The Position
Samuelson Hause PLLC is a boutique matrimonial and family law firm in Garden City, Long Island. Our firm approaches every matter with enthusiasm, helping clients rebuild emotionally and financially after divorce. We also value work-life balance. Overtime is rare, the culture is positive, and we have firm lunches twice a month. Samuelson Hause PLLC is seeking an experienced attorney who is ready to contribute meaningfully to a high-quality boutique practice. Candidates should have 8+ years of experience, ideally working with high-net-worth clients, and experience serving as first chair for depositions, hearings and trials. We offer an excellent work-life balance with a requirement of 30 hours of billable work per week. A book of business is a plus, but not required. Partnership track is available. Salary is commensurate with experience, starting at $190K+ Compensation includes case origination bonuses and performance bonuses 3–6% 401(k) match Some remote work permissible Vacations should be just that- we don’t want you doing work on your vacations and properly plan to make that happen.
Requirements
