About The Position

Stark & Stark has a full-time opening for a Personal Injury Litigation Associate in our Hamilton, New Jersey office. The ideal candidate will have excellent legal research and writing skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, and be self-directed and detail oriented. Candidates must be able to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

1-3 years of experience
Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey.
Legal analysis
Drafting of pleadings, discovery and motions

Nice To Haves

Personal injury experience is a plus
New Jersey judicial clerkship is a plus
Fluency in a second language is a plus

Responsibilities

Support personal injury cases with the oversight of other attorneys in the practice.
Handling client intakes, depositions, drafting and responding to pleadings, evaluating the merits of a personal injury claim, ascertaining experts, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling, litigating cases and trial of cases.
