About The Position
Provides legal advice and counsel in support of immigration matters before USCIS and Executive Office of Immigration Review. Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk. Prepares and reviews all immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. Reviews and processes incoming documents.
Requirements
- Admitted to practice law in any state
- Excellent writing, organizational and research skills required.
- 3 years of litigation or immigration experience.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited university.
- Diligence and organizational skills necessary.
- GPA in undergrad and law school 3.5 and above.
Nice To Haves
- Immigration experience a plus.
- Bilingual a plus.
Responsibilities
