About The Position

Zanes Law Injury Lawyers is seeking two driven Associate Attorneys to work alongside accomplished personal injury lawyers. The firm has a system designed to present attorneys with high-value cases, supported by people and processes to maximize case value. This approach focuses on a predictable formula rather than relying on individual hustle. The firm emphasizes a deliberate strategy of declining low-value cases, ensuring attorneys focus on impactful files. Attorneys benefit from decades of proven case strategy, with a track record of securing seven-figure resolutions in high-value personal injury and wrongful death cases. Hands-on mentorship from 20+ year veterans is provided to sharpen skills and accelerate case value. A stable support staff of experienced pre-litigation case managers is available, ensuring structure and process are prioritized over individual effort.

Requirements

• Active Arizona State Bar license in good standing.
• Highly motivated and coachable.
• Willingness to learn and apply the firm's formula.
• Team player mentality.
• Professional, drama-free demeanor focused on outcomes.
• This is an in-office position at our flagship office: 3333 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85018 (not remote).
