About The Position

Under the direction of the Manager, Wardrobe, the Attire Specialist is responsible for inventorying, fitting, issuing, and ordering clothing and accessories in the Wardrobe Department. This role involves managing inventory systems, ensuring compliance with specific uniform requirements, administering dry-cleaning programs, and providing excellent customer service to team members. The specialist will also perform uniform fittings, manage appointment databases, assist with new employee orientations, and provide guidance on uniform care.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.
  • Minimum two (2) years’ of related experience in a customer service, dry cleaning or retail environment required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office (Word and Excel), Database software, Internet software, Inventory software and Order processing systems required.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic Sewing and Alterations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Updates shipments with accurate purchase order (PO) numbers.
  • Ships reconciliations and submits sales reports to payroll for additional accessories.
  • Adds UPC barcodes to garments (Style Descriptions) and personal information into inventory management system (Invotech).
  • Follows federal requirements for Department of Public Safety (DPS)/Fire Department uniforms, including hazmat garments.
  • Audits termination lists for confidential employee information and the No Longer Employed (NLE) file every 30 days for compliance.
  • Verifies the $50 dollar decision trees process to release deposit for garments.
  • Administers the personnel dry-cleaning program for Tribal Members, Executives and Employees.
  • Provides excellent customer service, addressing team members’ needs courteously and promptly, and answering telephone calls professionally.
  • Performs fittings for team member uniforms, including marking hems and sleeves to ensure a proper fitting uniform.
  • Manages the database for the appointment application (App) for exchanges, transfers, repairs, etc.
  • Utilizes the appointment app to book, cancel and reschedule appointments.
  • Assists with New Employee Orientation (NEO) by gathering garments and accessories, making name badges, and placing them in garment bags for NEO pickup.
  • Captures signatures for $50 garment deposit.
  • Provides directions for uniform care and addresses team member questions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department.
