You will also schedule reservations, answer phone calls, and assist with special requests or events. Additionally, you will monitor assigned tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and handle guest questions or concerns. Processing payments, ensuring proper tip reporting, and closing out sales at the end of the shift are key responsibilities. Maintaining clean, fully stocked service stations and assisting with resetting tables are also part of the job.
