This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silver before use, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day using clean-as-you-go procedures. The attendant must follow all company and safety/security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. A professional appearance and adherence to confidentiality and asset protection are required. The role involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, and using appropriate telephone etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also key. The attendant must ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, read and visually verify information, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, manipulating objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and navigating various surfaces and stairs. Other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors may be assigned.
