About The Position

The general purpose of the Food & Beverage Attendant role is to keep all supplies and consumables in the lounge and kitchenettes stocked and ready for use. The role also involves front-of-house service for clients and VIP guests which always requires a professional demeanor. In addition to the main function of stocking, this role will also include lounge maintenance and cleanliness, catering and event setup/teardown, food service and cleaning stations/light dishwashing.

  • Working experience in customer service
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Strong multitasking abilities in the face of daily deadlines
  • Serving it right certificate or willing to acquire

Responsibilities

  • Stocking of all supplies and consumables including drinks, snacks, coffee, teas, cutlery, napkins, condiments etc. in staff lounge and all kitchenettes.
  • Cleanliness and tidiness of all aspects of lounge and kitchenettes.
  • Inventory front of house food, beverage and supplies.
  • Organize food & beverage vendor deliveries in storage
  • Assisting with the set-up, execution and tear down of any catering requirements in our office for both staff and external guests
  • Ensuring high quality levels are met when executing all catering to showcase our company in its best light
  • Plating and presenting events catering for external guests – continental breakfast, lunch, evening snacks, beverages, coffee
  • Light bartending
  • Providing service of food and beverage to clients and VIP guests, this will include wine pouring, beverage service and food service
  • Clean coffee machines and automatic espresso machines and preparation for morning coffee service on all floors
  • Assist with post‐breakfast and lunch service cleanup including seating areas, plates, cutlery.
  • Assist Chef with any lounge equipment service & maintenance requests
  • Assist culinary team (if needed) with any lounge maintenance, food preparation and cleaning stations/dishwashing, cleaning of front of house equipment such as beer taps, all coolers, ice machines etc.
  • Execution of Menu
  • Continental breakfast setup: Cereal, fruits, yogurt and grab‐and‐go stocking
  • Ensure plates and cutlery are ready for breakfast service
  • Assist Culinary team with lunch service plating
