About The Position

The Advanced Therapy Monitoring (ATM) Registered Nurse is a specialized, high-acuity role in Cureety’s outpatient virtual care program. The RN provides video-visit care and remote monitoring to patients at home following CAR-T therapy or bone marrow transplant (BMT), and during the high-risk step-up dosing period for bispecific T-cell engager (BiTE) therapies. The role supports a multistate patient population through virtual assessments, clinical triage, escalation management, and care coordination in collaboration with oncology and hematology teams. The RN works within a collaborative, nurse-led care model and uses clinical judgment to assess concerns and escalations identified through Remi, Cureety’s AI-powered virtual oncology care assistant. The position is remote and based in the Tampa Bay area, with onsite visits to local client clinical teams approximately quarterly and as needed. This is a full-time position in Cureety’s Virtual Care Center and participates in the ATM program’s on-call rotation. The role also contributes to program readiness, quality reviews, audits, safety improvement, training, and workflow development as the ATM program expands.
