About The Position
Sentara is hiring an Athletic Trainer - Certified for Outreach in Hampton Roads. As a Certified Athletic Trainer you will evaluate, advise, treat, and educate athletes who experience athletic related injuries or illnesses to maintain peak physical fitness. Travel with team and be available at sports events and during practices to offer prevention- maintenance and assistance.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's Level Degree Athletic Trainer
- NATA Certification
- VA License - Athletic Trainer
- BLS Certification
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, advise, treat, and educate athletes who experience athletic related injuries or illnesses to maintain peak physical fitness.
- Travel with team and be available at sports events and during practices to offer prevention- maintenance and assistance.
