At Your Service Center Associate, Mayfair - Part Time
About The Position
As an At Your Service Center Associate, you support At Your Service activities and help deliver a seamless, personalized shopping experience. Duties include Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. The role calls for multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first approach in a fast-paced environment. You welcome and assist customers with genuine hospitality, support total store fulfillment, use the systems needed to complete transactions, and help keep pickup and return areas clean and organized. You also help complete BOPS orders and curbside deliveries in a timely manner, recover merchandise, share loyalty program benefits, and contribute to sales goals and store results. Teamwork, flexibility, and dependable attendance are important. The role includes a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week, subject to business needs and availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goals.

- Ability to frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.

- Recover merchandise and help maintain a clean, shoppable space.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward sales goals and contribute to individual and store results.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support the team.
- Stay informed about sales goals, new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions.
