About The Position
As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you support a seamless and personalized shopping experience by assisting with Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. The role requires multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling. You welcome customers, help with total-store fulfillment, use the systems needed to complete transactions, and keep pickup and return areas clean, organized, and ready for customers. You also support sales goals, share loyalty program benefits, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. The position involves working a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This is a seasonal retail position at Roseville Galleria.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability and willingness to meet daily sales goals.
- Enjoyment of meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Support At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks.
- Welcome and assist customers with genuine hospitality and friendly, personal conversations.
- Assist with total-store fulfillment and use required systems to complete transactions.
- Keep the collection, pickup, and return areas clean, organized, and shoppable.
- Complete BOPS orders and curbside delivery in a timely manner.
- Recover merchandise and help maintain an inviting shopping space.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and store results.
