Seasonal Retail At Your Service Associate, Antelope Valley
About The Position
As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you support a seamless, personalized shopping experience by handling Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks while upholding Macy’s service standards. The role calls for multitasking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment. Schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays. You welcome and assist customers, support total store fulfillment, use the systems needed to complete transactions, and keep pickup and return areas clean, organized, and ready for customers. You help complete BOPS orders and curbside deliveries promptly, recover merchandise, share loyalty program benefits, and contribute to sales goals and positive team results. The role also involves maintaining a clean, inviting shopping space and collaborating with colleagues to deliver genuine hospitality.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules or procedures in English.
- Ability to make prompt, sound decisions to address customer needs and resolve issues.

- Support total store fulfillment and complete transactions using the required systems.
- Keep the collection, pickup, and return areas clean, organized, and ready for customers.
- Ensure timely completion and curbside delivery of Buy Online Pickup In Store orders.
- Recover merchandise and help maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable space.
- Share loyalty program benefits and help acquire new customers by opening credit accounts.
- Work toward daily sales goals, keep informed about products and promotions, and contribute to individual and store results.
- Collaborate with colleagues and support one another in serving customers and communities.
