About The Position

This position is for an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager. The role involves supporting the Community Manager and maintenance team in managing a multimillion-dollar community asset. The responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, financial performance, optimizing net operating income, and carrying out ownership objectives. Requirements

• Current or previous multifamily property management experience.
• Previous background as an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager or Leasing Manager.
• Well versed in Affordable Housing.
• Experience in determining eligibility, securing 3rd party verifications, calculating household incomes, completing Tenant Income Certifications, and completing compliance reports.
• Understanding of maintenance operations, landlord tenant law, and fair employment and housing laws.
• Computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial statements, budget preparation, and monthly reporting.
• Yardi Voyager experience.
• College degree.

Responsibilities
