This role involves providing administrative and managerial support for the divisions, ensuring necessary support for all divisional activities. This includes planning, directing, and coordinating all phases of the fiscal, administrative, and personnel functions within the divisions. The position requires maintaining strong working relationships with division faculty, department administrators, and hospital and medical school administrative staff. The Assistant Director will manage clinical, administrative, and financial activities for the Sleep Center division, including budget preparation, financial analysis, program planning, facilities, and information systems. They will also oversee practice managers, collaborate with leaders to create optimal workflows, troubleshoot issues, and support research projects and fellowship programs.
