This role involves actively participating in and training food service department crew members, preparing delicatessen products, assisting with leadership, conducting daily team huddles, managing orders and inventory, writing daily plans and work schedules, ensuring product freshness and display maintenance, coordinating POS maintenance, maintaining accurate records for damaged/spoiled merchandise, and complying with all food and workplace safety rules and regulations. The position also requires acquiring product knowledge across departments and staying updated on promotions to enhance the guest experience in a team-oriented environment. The store operates seven days a week, potentially requiring weekend, holiday, and shift work.
