About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, contributing to the achievement of Company goals. The role involves welcoming customers, representing the brand through fashion and product knowledge, and integrating the OMNI experience. Associates identify customer needs, build relationships, share product and fit information, support store operations, prioritize tasks, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment while following company policies and applicable employment laws.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient and confident using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally may need to move items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
