About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate is responsible for creating a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to achieving Company goals. The role involves delivering a warm and welcoming brand experience, sharing fashion and product knowledge, and seamlessly integrating the OMNI experience. Associates support store operations, prioritize tasks around customer and business needs, protect company assets, and maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, including registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions frequently, and items weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally with assistance as available.
• Ability to retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level frequently, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs, signs, and similar items using a ladder up to 12 feet.
