About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement, contributing to the achievement of company goals. The role involves understanding customer needs, representing products and fashion trends, supporting the OMNI experience, and assisting with store operations. This is a regular, part-time position at the Shoppes at Hamilton Place in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions, and occasionally move or adjust items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may involve climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
