About The Position

The Associate partners with store management to achieve personal and productivity goals while completing the store training program. The role may require transfer to other stores during training. The Associate helps deliver excellent customer service and sales, supports merchandising and store operations, shares product and trend knowledge, and contributes to a positive, inclusive work environment. The position includes coaching and motivating team members to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience in a customer-facing sales setting.
Confidence and comfort engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
Enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products, with motivation to achieve results.
Resourcefulness and versatility in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment.
Ability to initiate tasks or activities without necessary supervision.
Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision-making, and financial analysis.
High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Coach and motivate the team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service.
Provide high customer satisfaction by learning about all products and working with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
Deliver sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations.
Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership.
Learn and share product and trend expertise to meet customers’ needs.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge and current or upcoming products and trends.
Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
