Part Time Seasonal Associate
About The Position
The Part Time Seasonal Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role includes supporting a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect; processing customer transactions and merchandise according to procedures; promoting credit and loyalty programs; maintaining merchandising, recovery, cleanliness, and safety standards; and participating in shrink-reduction efforts. The associate provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback, follows labor laws and company policies, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
- Role model customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
- Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain the cleanliness of the entire store.
- Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
- Adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
