Part-Time Seasonal Associate
About The Position
The Part-Time Seasonal Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers, following customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate adheres to operational, merchandise, loss-prevention, safety, and labor standards and may be cross-trained in multiple store areas to support business needs. Duties include customer transactions and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise, maintaining merchandising and recovery standards, and contributing to store culture and shrink-reduction goals.

Responsibilities
- Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
- Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
- Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and provide correct change according to operating procedures.
- Promote credit and loyalty programs.
- Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow merchandising procedures and standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
- Maintain sales-floor organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards and help maintain the entire store.
- Give and receive recognition and constructive feedback.
- Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
- Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
- Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
