About The Position

Prepare California Chicken Café's famous scratch made menu items accurately and efficiently. This role involves maintaining a positive work environment, preparing and packaging food orders, adhering to food safety regulations, and ensuring a clean and stocked kitchen. Strong communication skills are essential for reporting any issues with food quality, equipment, or the work environment. The Associate must also read and adhere to all company policies and procedures, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must attend and pass California Chicken Café Road to Success class within first month of hire
1+ years of previous restaurant experience preferred
Speak, read, and write English fluently
Pass Food Handler course and test in compliance with California state law requirements
Fully documented to work in the United States

Responsibilities
