About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement and contributes to achieving Company goals. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, representing the brand and its products, supporting the OMNI experience, and helping maintain store operations and a safe environment. Associates plan and prioritize work based on customer and business needs and follow company policies and applicable employment laws. This is a regular, part-time position at the Shops Friendly Center Lane Bryant store in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions, and occasionally handle items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasional ladder use to replace overhead lightbulbs or signs.
