About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role focuses on understanding customers’ needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about service plans and financing options. Associates work toward individual and team sales goals. The position is offered in seasonal, part-time, and full-time formats.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Strong communication and relational skills.
