About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring a Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant to provide customers with a superior shopping experience and help them celebrate important moments. The role involves learning about customers’ needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about service plans and financing. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. Seasonal, part-time, and full-time opportunities are available.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
