About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members to provide customers with a superior experience and help them celebrate life's special moments. The role is part of the Sales Team and involves understanding customers' needs, presenting jewelry and explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and achieving individual and team sales goals.

Requirements

• A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
