About The Position

Kay Jewelers is hiring Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants to provide a superior experience to customers and help them celebrate life and express love. The role involves building personal relationships with customers, understanding their needs and desires, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and providing information about extended service plans and financing options. Team members work toward individual and team sales goals. The position is available on a seasonal, part-time, or full-time basis.

Requirements

• Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
