About The Position
The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to the achievement of Company goals. The role represents the brand through fashion and product knowledge, supports an integrated OMNI experience, and helps create a warm, welcoming environment. Associates use strong written and verbal communication to serve customers and support store operations. The position is regular, part-time, at the Pavilion Lane Bryant store in Beachwood, Ohio. The listed pay range is $11.00–$12.78 per hour. Benefits are subject to employment type, role, and eligibility requirements.
Requirements
- Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
- Frequently move or adjust store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions; occasionally move objects weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
- Frequently retrieve merchandise above shoulder level, which may require climbing a ladder up to 12 feet; occasionally use a ladder up to 12 feet to replace lightbulbs, signs, or similar items.
