About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to Company goals. The role involves welcoming customers, representing the brand with fashion and product knowledge, and integrating the OMNI experience. Associates support sales, service, and store operations while maintaining a safe environment and following company policies and applicable employment laws.

This is a regular, part-time position at the Lane Bryant Rockvale Square Outlet store in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The schedule may include nights, weekends, and holidays. The role involves frequent movement of fixtures and merchandise, occasional handling of heavier items with assistance, retrieving items stored above shoulder level, and occasional use of a ladder up to 12 feet.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and iPads, to engage with customers.
• Ability to frequently move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions.
• Ability, occasionally and with assistance as available, to move objects or merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds in all directions.
• Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
• Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs or signs using a ladder up to 12 feet.
