Performs all aspects of receiving and internal deliveries to end users. This role is responsible for delivering pick tickets to internal labs, responding to receiving and delivery requests in a timely and professional manner, and may assist with shipping as needed. The position also involves contacting vendors for quality documentation, participating in End of Month (EOM) inventory, and unloading receiving trucks. Key duties include handling all system receiving and paperwork processing, physically inspecting all deliveries, and potentially preparing shipping paperwork and completing shipping transactions. The Associate Warehouse Coordinator communicates the status of delivery/receiving activities, maintains warehouse housekeeping, and assists other warehouse employees. The role requires the ability to work in a team environment and independently, with potential requirements for working holidays, weekends, and overtime. This position contributes to overall operations and departmental goals, performing job-specific tasks in compliance with applicable Regulations, International Standards, and Minaris Advanced Therapies Policies and Standard Operating Procedures, with a thorough understanding of Good Laboratory Practices and Good Manufacturing Practices.
