About The Position

Marsh Agency provides commercial insurance, commercial entertainment, film and tv insurance, employee health & benefits insurance, and private client insurance solutions. As an Associate Vice President on the Commercial Entertainment team, you will be responsible for providing the highest quality service to customers, selling new lines of coverage, cross-selling within the existing book of business, and managing a team. You will be the main point of contact between Marsh Agency and clients, providing daily guidance and oversight to the support staff responsible for processing transactions of an assigned book of business. This role requires extensive experience and continuous expansion of knowledge about new products and services. You will have greater accountability to develop support staff, evaluate team effectiveness, ensure company policies are followed, and develop and track annual business goals to increase sales and retention.
