About The Position

Rogers County Pet Hospital is seeking an Associate Veterinarian for its full-service veterinary hospital in Claremore, Oklahoma. The hospital provides compassionate, high-quality care and features ultrasound, digital radiology, endoscopy, an in-house diagnostics lab, rehabilitation services, and climate-controlled boarding. Additional facilities include rehabilitation and cold laser services, dental and full-body digital X-ray, and a dedicated dental room.

The veterinarian will build relationships with clients and partner with them to provide high-quality patient care, treating each pet individually to minimize stress, anxiety, or discomfort. The role involves keeping current with veterinary medications, procedures, treatments, protocols, and equipment; collaborating with the hospital team; and helping develop the support team. The position is available full-time or part-time. Experienced veterinarians are preferred, and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Compensation is $110,000–$120,000 yearly.

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary degree, or equivalent, from an AVMA-accredited university.
• Current DEA License or ability to obtain one upon hire.
• Active Veterinary State License.
• USDA Accreditation or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Proficiency in general medicine and surgery.
• Compassionate, team-player approach and strong communication skills.

• Veterinary experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
