About The Position
St. Louis Cat Clinic is seeking an associate veterinarian to join its established, two-doctor feline-only veterinary clinic. The clinic has served the St. Louis community since 1992 and is a certified Cat-Friendly practice. Its services include preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, digital full-body and dental radiology, and ultrasonography. The clinic emphasizes a calm, low-stress environment for cats and clients, collaboration, mentorship, medical autonomy, and high-quality care. Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are welcome. The role may be full-time or part-time. Compensation is listed at $100,000–$125,000 yearly, with signing and production bonus potential.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Current DEA license or ability to obtain one upon hire.
- Active veterinary state license.
- Strong communication skills; team-oriented and compassionate.
- Experienced veterinarians and new graduates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Provide veterinary care focused on feline medicine.
- Deliver comprehensive care, which may include preventive medicine, surgery, dentistry, radiology, and ultrasonography.
- Collaborate with the veterinary team while practicing with medical autonomy.
